Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings (split into wingettes/drumettes)
- 1 tbsp baking POWDER
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- oil
- hot sauce / butter
Directions

Preheat convection oven or air fryer to 450 F.

Set up a baking sheet covered in foil with a cooling rack on top of it.

Oil the cooling rack, just to grease it up a bit.

Pat the chicken wings dry, then toss with baking powder and salt.

Put the wings on the cooling rack, with at least a bit of space between them.

Lower the oven to 425 F (convection).

Bake for about 40 minutes, or until golden and crispy and done.

Eat with hot sauce mixed with melted butter, and perhaps a nice crunchy salad.
